Our Community Service Forums are free, educational and usually include an important guest speaker or official from a State or Federal Agency. The format is strictly educational and you won't be asked to purchase anything.

About Us
NAIFA Washington is part of a federation of 770 state and local associations; The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) representing the interests of more tha 62,000 insurance and financial advisors nationwide. Founded in 1890, NAIFA is the nation's largest financial services membership association. NAIFA's political advocacy works diligently at the State and National level to protect the interests of the its members and their consumer clients. NAIFA protects and promotes the critical role of insurance in a sound financial plan and the essential role provided by our professional agents and advisors...and is an advocate for positive legislative and regulatory environment, enhancing business and professional skills and promoting the ethical conduct of our members. Also, AHIA takes a lead role within the NAIFA federation with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and on federal issues which impact members concerned with employee benefits, health, disability or long-term care insurance as well as Section 125 Plans and COBRA administration. AHIA plays a supportive role with state and local associations on state legislative issues.
